Descriptions on Production Line:

1. Heating cover:  

The heating cover is made by Q235A plate and steel profile,δ5mm.Heating unit is Ni80Cr20 strip. The outer wall temperature in no more than  35℃

The heating cover includes leading devicesupporting devicelifting and loading device.

2. Cooling cover

Cooling cover is made by stainless steel,δ3mm.There are 3 cooling fansthe power is 1.5kwrotating speed is 1500r/min. The water cooling and air cooling are used to keep the cooling quality.

The cooling cover includes leading devicesupporting devicelifting and loading device.

3. Inside cover

Made by SUS321thickness is δ6mm,the air tightness is 0.2Mpa/h.

4 Furnace base

The loading weight of the furnace base is 35T,loading coil weight is 24Tthe guiding plate and the guiding blade is made by stainless steel 321the thickness of guiding plate is 8mmthere are 18 guiding blades6 of them are of the thickness 16mmthe other 12 blades are of the thickness of 8mmthe spread plate is made by stainless steel 321the thickness is 8mmthe coil loading plate is made by stainless steel 304δ=30mm.

There is a Φ40mm silicon rubber between the base and the inside cover to ensure the air tightness.

The power of heating fan is 37k.The fan blade is made by SUS310,the brand of  main axletree is Sweden SKF.2 thermocouples are set in the inside cover through the furnace base to control the temperature in the furnace.

The furnace base and the inside cover using automatically hydraulic locking.

The furnace base includes constant pressure valve, oil-water filtering device and the heating furnace supporting device.

5 The valve supporter in front of the furnace

The vacuum pumping piping and the exhaust gas piping are set in the furnace valve station, there are also pipes to send nitrogen to clean the furnacepipes to input protecting air and the demineralized water and the spraying water input pipes. The cooling water pipes are set with flow valvewhen the flow lower than 2.5M3/h, it will give alarm.

The valve station and the PLC connected with each otherthe vacuum pumping system can check the air tightness before heating and before unloading the coil from the furnace.

The pressure in the furnace can be tested and displayed by the pressure control instruments. The pressure is  40—70mbar(can be adjusted),when the pressure is out of the normal range, there will be an alarm

6 Vacuum pumping system

Made by vacuum pump, vacuum valve and the manually-operated valve.

7 The hydraulic locking system

When the hydraulic pump activated, the direction changing valve will open, then the rotating hydraulic cylinder force down. When the pressure reached the set figurethe hydraulic pump will automatically stop working.

8 Coil loading device

There are 6 loading and guiding device, made by SUS304set with 24 support pillars

9 Standard accessories

Guiding pillars 4made by Φ133×6mmA3 steel pipe.
